With more than 17 years of lending experience, and over 2,500 families helped, I understand how to get loans closed. I know the ins and outs of the business. I know that communication is imperative and moving quickly, at the right time is essential. As a (CMPS®) a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist® My focus is on education and mortgage planning, which is the process of helping borrowers improve their lives through the proper use of various mortgage strategies.

CMPS® is the most widely recognized certification of mortgage planning across the mortgage industry. By utilizing the strategies taught in this course, we are able to help each client navigate their way through what is oftentimes, the largest single financial investment in their lifetime. We don't want to throw a debt at our clients and walk away to let them figure it out all on their own. That's why we've decided to become part of the 1% of all mortgage advisors who are CMPS® certified.

My team and I work hard at making the loan process a smooth one from start to finish. At MPH Home Loans, we use local experienced appraisers, in-house underwriting, TBD Underwriting (underwrite while house hunting, offer is good as cash), document drawing and funding. This allows us to close a purchase in as little as 14 days, sometimes even less. When I pre-approve* a client, that loan is going to close and close on time. Not only does my reputation for providing superior mortgage services, uncompromising integrity, and being there for my client BEFORE, DURING, and well AFTER the transaction set me apart from otherlending professionals, but I am also CMPS® certified, which is a title held by only 1% of mortgage professionals. While most lenders consider "closing" the end of the relationship, it's not. It's the OPENING to a lifelong relationship.
